The room was exceptionally clean and airy and had pleasant views over the hills. Had a lounge and tea/coffee. The setting was brilliant, near a hike in Langdale, both Lake Windermere, and the windermere pier.

Spotlessly clean place with wonderful view over the hills. Magnificent location on nearby restaurants ect such as The Lamplighter and very attentive and incredibly attentive staff. Not far from town centre, station, and bus stops to services, Windermere in the future, and an early hike.

Our room was large and wonderfully decorated with a good view, thoroughly enjoyed having access to wake-up service. This modern hotel was in central location in private garden in quiet area within short walk to Windermere high street.

Liked our stay and location of the hotel, and would definitely go back. The place was wonderful old and rooms here were well decorated. Lots of food for breakfast, everything was amazing.

The room was beautifully presented, with attention to detail and all necessary amenities. The breakfast options were delicious and freshly cooked to order, providing a great start to the day.The location was peaceful and quiet, allowing for a relaxing stay.Free on-site parking was convenient and hassle-free.
The bathroom was a bit small and the water pressure in the shower could have been better. The duvet provided was quite hot, making it slightly uncomfortable during the night.

The place was reasonably clean and staff was outstandingly helpful and so efficient. I was offered a room with absolutely stunning views over the hills. Got very clean bed and coffee, good heating and tea/coffee.
Had cold breakfast, it might be way much better.

The breakfast of our place was really tasty with afternoon home made cakes, enjoyed it. The venue was in a central location really close to lovely restaurants in nearby Windermere or a short walk/drive into Bowness-on-Windermere, lake Windermere and the lake shore.

The location was prime and top, because a train station was based close to the hotel. The restaurant was lovely for evening meals here, I had appetising dishes.
